Badin Business Park LLC has applied for a renewal of its NPDES wastewater permit (NC0004308) for its facility located at the intersection of NC Hwy. 740 & NCSR 1719, Badin, Stanly County, NC. The facility will discharge treated groundwater and stormwater to Little Mountain Creek (Class WS-IV) and Badin Lake (Class WS-IV, B; CA) in the Yadkin-Pee Dee River Basin. This discharge may affect future allocations in this portion of the basin.
