TO: Krista Jenee Walker, the unknown Heirs at law of Krista Jenee Walker, and any and all individuals or legal entities, firms and corporations who or which may have or claim any legal or equitable interest in the real property described herein.
NOTICE TO DEFENDANT
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by TLGFY, LLC, Plaintiff, seeking to confirm and quiet title in Plaintiff's name to that property described as: 601 East 2nd Street, Pass Christian, Mississippi 39571; Parcel #: 0413D-02-006.000 PPIN: 59643. Which also has a legal description of: That tract of land situated in the City of Pass Christian, Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi, having its SE corner on the North margin of a public street known and designated as Second Street at a point in line with the West margin of Donlin Avenue projected, which is the SE corner of land conveyed to James L. Hood and wife in Deed dated January 10, 1964 of record in Deed Book 526, page 535, and from said POINT OF BEGINNING running in a Northerly direction along the East line of the land in Deed Book and page aforesaid a distance of 624.6 feet, more or less, to the South margin of the right of way of the L & N Railroad; thence in a Westerly direction along the said right of way to a point 10 feet West measured at right angles to said East line; thence running in a southerly direction, parallel to said East line a distance of 624.6 feet, more or less, to the North margin of said right of way of Second Street; thence easterly along said right of way to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Being the same property as conveyed in Deed Book 635, page 569, office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi.
AND: That tract of land situated in the City of Pass Christian, Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi, having its SW corner on the North margin of a street known and designed as Second Street at a point in line with the West margin of Donlin Avenue projected; from said POINT OF BEGINNING running in an easterly direction along the North margin of Second Street a distance of 72.5 feet to the property now of Courtenay, formerly Chapotel; thence in a Northerly direction along the West margin of said Courtenay property to the South margin or boundary line of the right of way of the L & N railroad, where the West line of said Courtenay property intersects said South margin or right of way; thence in a Westerly direction a distance of 72.5 feet, more or less, to the NE corner of McGregor, formerly Hood; thence in a Southerly direction along the East margin of McGregor a distance of 636 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Being the same property as conveyed in Deed Book 553, page 128 et seq., office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi.
The above conveyed parcels bearing a combined municipal address of 601 East Second Street, Pass Christian, Mississippi, and bearing tax map number 413D-02-006.
Defendants other than you in this action are Lynn Fitch, in her capacity as Attorney General of the State of Mississippi, Harrison County, Mississippi and W. Crosby Parker, in his capacity as District Attorney for Harrison County Mississippi.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a copy of a written response to the Complaint to Joel L. Blackledge, Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose post office address is Post Office Box 8155, Gulfport, MS 39506, and whose street address is 250 Beauvoir Road, Suite 5A., Biloxi, Mississippi 39531.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE 2ND DAY OF JULY, 2025, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
