Which also has a legal description of: That tract of land situated in the City of Pass Christian, Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi, having its SE corner on the North margin of a public street known and designated as Second Street at a point in line with the West margin of Donlin Avenue projected, which is the SE corner of land conveyed to James L. Hood and wife in Deed dated January 10, 1964 of record in Deed Book 526, page 535, and from said POINT OF BEGINNING running in a Northerly direction along the East line of the land in Deed Book and page aforesaid a distance of 624.6 feet, more or less, to the South margin of the right of way of the L & N Railroad; thence in a Westerly direction along the said right of way to a point 10 feet West measured at right angles to said East line; thence running in a southerly direction, parallel to said East line a distance of 624.6 feet, more or less, to the North margin of said right of way of Second Street; thence easterly along said right of way to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
