CITY OF BELLINGHAM 45B-2025-Arne Hanna Aquatic Center Filter Replacement Notice OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Engineering and Design services for piping and filter system replacement at Arne Hanna Aquatic Center located at 1114 Potter St. Bellingham, WA 98229. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this Request of Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting their qualifications relating to this category of work. All prospective consultants are advised any federally funded project work will be held to federal EEO requirements. Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. The City of Bellingham must receive an electronic copy of the bid documents submittal prior to the date and time specified in the advertisement. The City requests the electronic copy must be submitted by 11:00am Pacific Time July 22nd, 2025. The Consultant performing the work for the City is expected to be able to provide a comprehensive design set to support the replacement of the filter systems for the lap/dive pool and hydrotherapy pool as well as the replacement of related aged piping at Arne Hanna Aquatic Center. The selected consultant will work closely with the City Facilities Project Manager to complete design. Price Range: $500,000.00 for the completion of this project.
