The proposed project, Quail Ridge III, is located North of the intersection of Village Parkway & Ketch Road, South of SR 240, East of Twin Bridges Road, Northeast of Seneca Way & Village Parkway in Richland in Benton County. This project involves 19.5 acres of soil disturbance for Residential, Utilities construction activities. All discharges and runoff go to ground water.
