The proposal includes the development of a private internal road system connecting to the north side of Kelsey Lane, as well as two private shared access facilities. Utilities will be extended to the site, and stormwater is planned to be managed on site. Recreational open space is proposed along the east side of the project site and will consist of a non-motorized trail system connecting 54th Ave E to Kelsey Lane, and a centrally located Tot-Lot surrounded by open playfield areas.
