Notice of Public Hearing and Special Meeting of Vizcaya in Kendall Community Development District The Board of Supervisors of the Vizcaya in Kendall Community Development District will hold a special meeting and a public hearing on August 12, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Kendall Square Clubhouse, 9501 SW 171 Ave, Miami, Florida for the purpose of hearing comments and objections on the adoption of the budget(s) for the operation and maintenance of District facilities for Fiscal Year 2026 and the levy of a non ad valorem assessment pursuant to Florida Law for the purpose of funding operations and maintenance and principal and interest expenses of the District. The District may also fund various facilities through the collection of certain rates, fees and charges identified in the budget(s). At the special meeting, the Board of Supervisors will discuss the minutes from the last meeting, the fiscal year 2026 budget, staff report, financial reports, and any other business which may lawfully and properly come before the Board of Supervisors. The Board will also consider any other business which may properly come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or members of the public may participate in this meeting from a computer, tablet, or phone. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Manager's office in advance to facilitate the Board's consideration during the meeting. The agenda and budget(s) may be obtained from the District Manager at lhernandez@managserv.com or on the District's website: http://www.vizcayakendallcdd.com Any person requiring special accommodations because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
