Notice of Public Hearing and Special Meeting and Audit Committee Meeting of Palm Gate Community Development District The Board of Supervisors of the Palm Gate Community Development District will hold a special meeting, public hearing, and audit committee meeting on August 8, 2025 at 1:45 p.m. at Lennar Homes, 5505 Waterford District Drive, Miami, Florida for the purpose of hearing comments and objections on the adoption of the budget(s) for the operation and maintenance of District facilities for Fiscal Year 2026 and the levy of a non ad valorem assessments pursuant to Florida Law for the purpose of funding operations and maintenance and principal and interest expenses of the District. The District may also fund various facilities through the collection of certain rates, fees and charges which are identified in the budget(s). The special meeting will replace the August 1, 2025 meeting and at the audit committee meeting, the audit committee will discuss and rank the proposals to perform the audit. The Board will also consider any other business which may properly come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or members of the public may participate by a computer, tablet, or phone. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Manager's office in advance to facilitate the Board's consideration of such questions and comments during the meeting. The agenda and budget(s) may be obtained from the District Manager at lhernandez@managserv.com or on the District's website: http://www.palmgatecdd.com Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
