NOTICE OF DETERMINATION NOT TO UPDATE LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN, OR IMPACT FEES On June 24, 2025, the City Council of the City of Arlington adopted Resolution No. 25-179, having determined that no change to the land use assumptions, capital improvements plan, or impact fees are necessary for the 2025 Impact Fee Program. The areas affected by this determination include all roadway, wastewater, and water impact fee service districts within the corporate limits of the City of Arlington and its extraterritorial jurisdiction, and additional areas within the City of Kennedale generally northeast of US Business Highway 287 and east of Collett Sublett Road (wastewater), and within unincorporated Tarrant County generally north of Dick Price Road and east of Hudson Cemetery Road (water), as shown on the accompanying maps. If a person makes a written request that the land use assumptions, capital improvements plan, or impact fees be updated, the governing body must comply with the request by following the requirements of Texas Local Government Code Sections 395.052-395.057. Requests must be in writing and received no later than August 26, 2025, in the office of the City Secretary, 101 W. Abram, Arlington, TX 76010.
