Sealed proposals from Pre-Qualified Bidders will be received by Balfour Beatty / Metcon for the JBB Design Package A – Utility Relocations project on the following dates and times: August 6, 2025, at 2:00PM Bids will be received and opened publicly at RDU Maintenance Building, 200 Haleys Branch Rd., Cary, NC 27513. A non-mandatory Prebid Conference and MWSB Workshop will be held on July 9, 2025, at 2:00PM at 200 Haleys Branch Rd., Cary, NC 27513. Site tours will immediately follow the Pre-Bid at 3:00PM.
