LEGAL NOTICE SOLE SOURCE ADVERTISEMENT #P2502807 The Boise Independent School District hereby publishes notice of intent to award a sole source procurement contract. This Notice is being given pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2808. The sole source procurement contract will be between The Brilliance Project and the Boise School District. The District proposes to purchase series of in-person training days for the 2025-26 school year. The Project will provide training titled 'Adult Well Being' which is designed to help prevent burnout and with the retention of the District's highly qualified staff. The training aligns with the District's mission of mental health and well being. Any interested vendor may file a challenge to this sole source procurement, in accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-2808, by giving written notice no later than Friday, July 11, 2025 to Scott Engum, Purchasing Supervisor, at 8169 W.
