PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC's Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. U.S. Cellular intends to construct three (3) new small cell telecommunication facilities that include the collocation of a small cell antenna and associated equipment on replacement metal light poles located at the following locations:
Node 001C: TBD Columbia Point Drive, Richland, WA (Latitude: 46° 15' 52.106" N / Longitude: 119° 15' 54.165" W) – approximately 0.12 miles E of the intersection of Columbia Point Drive & George Washington Way (Proposed replacement 40 ft (44 ft overall) metal light pole)
Node 002A: TBD Columbia Point Drive, Richland, WA (Latitude: 46° 15 46.678" N / Longitude: 119° 15' 09.497" W) – approximately 0.25 miles E of the intersection of Columbia Point Drive & Bradley Boulevard (Proposed replacement 40 ft (44 ft overall) metal light pole)
Node 003C: TBD Jadwin Avenue, Richland, WA (Latitude: 46° 16 32.893" N / Longitude: 119° 16' 30.435" W) – approximately 0.06 miles S of the intersection of Jadwin Avenue & Knight Street (Proposed replacement 30 ft (34 ft overall) metal light pole)
The three (3) telecommunication facilities will include the collocation of a small cell antenna and associated equipment on replacement metal light poles with overall heights of 34 ft or 44 ft. U.S. Cellular is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
