NOTICE OF REVISED MEETING DATES DOWNTOWN DORAL SOUTH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the Downtown Doral South Community Development District will hold their regularly scheduled public meetings for the rest of Fiscal Year 2025 at 8:30 a.m. at the community's clubhouse, 4651 N.W. 82nd Avenue, Doral, Florida on the third Wednesday of each month as follows: July 16, 2025, Exception will start at 9:00 AM August 20, 2025 September 17, 2025 The meeting will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability of physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
