Notice of Public Hearing City of Boise, Idaho Recovery of Forgone Property Tax Revenue for Fiscal Year 2026 A public hearing for consideration of the recovery of $2,023,380 in forgone property tax revenue resulting from the Boise City proposed budget for the fiscal year that begins October 1, 2025 and ends September 30, 2026, will be held in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 150 N. Capitol Blvd., Boise, ID on July 15, 2025 at 6:00 PM, pursuant to Idaho Code 63-802(1)(e). This public hearing will be held in conjunction with the public hearing for consideration of Boise City's Fiscal Year 2026 proposed budget. Written or oral comments about the recovery of forgone property tax revenue are welcome. Auxiliary aids or services for persons with disabilities are available upon 48 hours of advance notice.
