CITY OF PASCO – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Design for Foster Wells Lift Station Improvements RFQ Project No. 25682 The City of Pasco (City), is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide professional engineering services for the design of the Process Water Reuse Facility (PWRF) Foster Wells Lift Station Improvements RFQ. The PWRF Foster Wells Lift Station Improvements project aims to address corrosion issues caused by process water from contributing processors. This involves replacing the existing header at the Foster Wells Lift Station and adding a second header for system redundancy. Additionally, the existing pumps and piping will be reconfigured and/or replaced to support the new header manifold system, ensuring reliable and efficient operation. The selected Consultant shall provide design engineering, preparation of plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E), preparation, and processing of all necessary environmental documents to achieve environmental compliance, and construction administration services (on a need basis). It is the sole responsibility of the Consultant to obtain any RFQ updates or addenda from the City's website. Responses shall be submitted electronically.
