NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on July 8, 2025, a public hearing will be held for purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the "Code"), with respect to the proposed issuance by the County of Sacramento of airport system revenue bonds in one or more series (the "Bonds") in an amount not to exceed $800,000,000 for the purpose of financing and refinancing the acquisition, construction, renovation and equipping of certain additions, betterments, replacements, renewals, extensions and improvements for or to the airport system owned and operated by the County of Sacramento located at Sacramento International Airport, 6900 Airport Boulevard, Sacramento, California. The Bonds will be issued as exempt facility bonds for airport facilities pursuant to Section 142(a)(1) of the Code. The hearing will commence at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, and will be held in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 700 H Street, Sacramento, California. Interested persons wishing to express their views on the issuance of such bonds or on the nature and location of the facilities proposed to be financed and refinanced will be given an opportunity to do so at the public hearing or may, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments to Florence Evans, Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 700 H Street, Suite 2450, Sacramento, California 95814.
