General Permit Notice The Leamington Community POA will apply to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to replace their existing dune crossover, and provide a new ADA accessible dune crossover with a shower deck for private use at 164 South Shore Drive, Hilton Head Island, in the Leamington Community, adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean.
