Bids received shall be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the close of the bid period. The work consists of the following: The project consists of tenant fit-up of an existing pre-engineered metal building with office shell, build in 2007, required to outfit as an Apple Processing and Cold Storage Facility for local gown apples.
