Notice to Bar Right of Redemption
To: Heirs of Emmalee Wyly Whatley, Tom Whatley, Jr., Robert Whatley, and Rachel Whatley, and any and all other interested parties
Please take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Macon, Bibb County, Georgia, and known as Lot 21, of Block 6, of Section "B" of Kings Forest Subdivision according to a plat of said subdivision of record in the Clerk's Office of Bibb Superior Court Plat Book 26, Page 87. Said lot having the size, shape, and dimensions as shown on the aforesaid plat to which reference is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description.
Under the present system of numbering, this property is known as 829 Edward Place, Macon, Georgia.
Tax Map/Parcel Number: O053-0087
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after August 8, 2025.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of June, 2024, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Bibb County, Georgia, in Deed Book 11922, Page 16.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 8th day of August, 2025, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
