NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS WATER TREATMENT CLARIFIER EQUIPMENT ELK CREEK COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Elk Creek Community Services District in Glenn County, CA, hereinafter referred to as "ECCSD", is requesting proposals from qualified manufacturers (Manufacturers) for potable water clarifier equipment. This is not a solicitation for construction bids or design services. The equipment to be supplied is for a new solids contact clarifier with an approximate diameter of 30 feet. The clarifier Manufacturer and equipment will be selected as part of this Request For Proposals (RFP) process, following which the selected Manufacturer will work with ECCSD's design consultant for shop drawing and process and instrumentation diagram development and review. The Manufacturer shall propose pricing for the provision of the clarifier equipment. The Manufacturer will contract separately with a general construction contractor for the provision of such equipment and related services. The construction contractor will be procured under a separate solicitation. Only one Manufacturer will be selected. See full RFP for greater information. Interested party shall provide contact information for placement on the RFP Distribution List, including company name, primary contact person, mailing address, email of primary contact person, and phone number. ECCSD invites and will receive proposals up to 3:00 pm local time on July 30, 2025. ECCSD anticipates awarding the contract in late summer 2025. Proposals shall be emailed to ECCSD's engineering design consultant, NV5, attn: Zachary Stock at zachary.stock@nv5.com. All questions regarding this project must be submitted by email to Zachary Stock at zachary.stock@nv5.com no later than 3:00 pm on July 22, 2025.
