Ordinance Map Amendment related to parcel 14L1001M and 14L10014N. The specific request is to rezone the propery from Industrial (I2) to Interstate Business (IB). Special Use Permit Request for 203 River Road to operate short term lodging and/or bed and breakfast. All items are availabel for public inspection at Town Hall during normal business hours.
