PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to RCW 43.21.C and WAC 197-11, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 6/25/2025, City of Lacey Department of Community & Economic Development issued a determination of nonsignificance relative to the environmental impact of the following described proposal: Application #25-0144: Saint Martin's University is proposing to upgrading the baseball field infield from natural grass to turf. The project will have similar grade after construction, however the underdrains for the turf will require a large volume of material to be removed and readded., The project is located in the City of Lacey, Parcel #s 11821210100 and 11821120100, in a portion of Section 21, Township 18, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, Thurston County, Washington State. The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public upon request.
