North Carolina.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN CONCERNING THE STRUCTURE(S) LOCATED AT 700 Cooper Rd:
I. That because:
a: An inspection of this property was conducted on March 19, 2025, as
authorized by Part 10A, Chapter 11, Article 11.6, and Section 11.6.6 of
the Unified Development Ordinance Code for the City of Raleigh,
North Carolina, entitled "Housing Code".
b: Violations of Part 10A, Chapter 11, Article 11.6, Section 11.6.3 and
11.6.4 of the Unified Development Ordinance Code for the City of Raleigh,
North Carolina, entitled "Housing Code", were observed, documented and
are causing said structure(s) to be Unfit for Human Habitation.
c: This structure is known as 700 Cooper Rd, Raleigh, North Carolina,
Pin No. 1723258008, REID No. 0069862 and recorded in Deed Book 18-E,
Page 360 of the Wake County Register of Deeds Office.
II. This is to advise a hearing will be held before the Housing & Neighborhoods Code Enforcement Inspector, Matthew Rothfuss, on July 24, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at 421 Fayetteville Street, Suite 1200, Raleigh, North Carolina 27601. If the owner or representative(s) of the owner offer insufficient evidence to justify change of the inspector's findings, an order will be issued requiring compliance with the City of Raleigh Code within a specified period, which will not be less than 90 days.
