Tentative Parcel Map
A public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Modesto at 6:00 pm on Monday, July 21, 2025 in the Council Chambers at 1010 10th Street Modesto CA 95354, regarding the application of Ben Bazar, for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide existing 0.88 acres lot into two independent lots, located in the Low Density Residential (R-1) Zone on property located south of Scenic Drive, also known as 1916 Scenic Avenue APN (034-009-003) Project number PLAN2025 -00127 or SUB2025-00005. CEQA: This project is categorically exempt from Section 15315-Minor Land Divisions of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) All persons interested are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place in person and will be given the opportunity to be heard. All interested persons are also invited to participate in the public hearing by submitting comments via email to planning@modestogov.com. If you challenge the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at or prior to the public hearing. If you are receiving this notice as a property manager for multiple residential units, please post this notice in a common area on a message board or similarly notify all residents.
