UNC Charlotte Stadium Expansion Work Pre-Qualification Barton Malow is seeking interest for the pre-qualification of subcontractors for the Phase 2 University of North Carolina at Charlotte Richardson Stadium Renovation and Expansion Project. This project will include roughly 52,000 sf of expansion including major upgrades with the construction of a new west stadium tower over four existing structures. Phase 2 work includes but is not limited to building enclosure, finishes, and MEP work. MWBE firms encouraged to participate. Additional program elements may be added to, deleted from, or requested to be separated from the scope at Barton Malow and/or UNC Charlotte's discretion. Pre-qualification documents are due to Barton Malow on August 8th, 2025 at 3 PM.
