PUBLIC NOTICE The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District is giving notice of a preliminary decision to approve Authority to Construct applications AC28090, 28091, 28114, and 28115 for the installation of two Linear Generators for Edgeconnex Sacramento Holding, LLC located at 20980 Gold Center Dr., Rancho Cordova, CA. The project will require offsets of NOx to be submitted prior to operation as a condition of the Authority to Construct permits. Written comments for these applications must be received by the District by July 28, 2025. The draft Authority to Construct permits and analysis of the application may be reviewed at the District Office, 777 12th Street, STE 300, Sacramento, California, 95814 or may be downloaded from the District's website at www.airquality.org.
