Request for Contractor Bids The Homestead Housing Collaborative – a collaborative of three independent nonprofit organizations; Self-Help Ventures Fund, CASA, and Community Home Trust – is seeking a General Contractor to complete site work development and the construction of two multifamily apartment buildings and 21 townhome units at Homestead Gardens in Chapel Hill, NC. The project will be partially supported by federal funds and thus needs to follow provisions and procedures outlined in the RFP package. MBE, WBE, and Eligible Section 3 businesses as defined in the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, are encouraged to apply.
