CITY OF ANNA MARIA, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY OF ANNA MARIA PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD AND CITY COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Anna Maria Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on July 16, 2025 at 9:00 A.M., and the City of Anna Maria City Commission will hold a public hearing on August 14, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard. The hearings will be at City Hall of the City of Anna Maria, 10005 Gulf Drive, Anna Maria, Florida 34216, to consider application to subdivide a 1.06-acre parcel of land as more particularly described on the proposed plat. The property is known locally as 102 and 104 Tuna Street and is located on the west side of North Shore Drive, north of Spruce Avenue. All interested parties may appear at the meeting or utilize optional attendance by telecommunications media and be heard regarding this request.
