ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS JORDAN LAKE STATE RECREATION AREA SEWER IMPROVEMENTS Sealed proposals will be received by Craig Autry with the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Parks & Recreation until 2:00 PM on July 30, 2025 at the Jordan Lake State Recreation Area Visitors Center (280 State Park Rd. Apex, NC 27523), for the Jordan Lake State Recreation Area Sewer Improvements project. At that time and location all bids received will be open and read. The Project consists of the dredging, repair, and maintenance of wastewater lagoons at three Park Access Areas: Poplar Point, Parkers Creek, and Vista Point; as well as the replacement of the above ground irrigation system and maintenance thinning and replanting of vegetative field cover, plus all other work indicated in the contract documents.
