CITY OF GAUTIER ORDINANCE NUMBER 282-2025 ADOPTED June 17, 2025 An ordinance of the City of Gautier, Mississippi, relating to the rezoning of property known as 7313 Martin Bluff Road, from a R-1 Residential Zoning District to a C-2 Community Commercial Zoning District, was approved by the Gautier City Council on June 17, 2025. The Gautier City Council held a public meeting on June 17, 2025 to consider adopting the amendment to include a change of classification from R-1 Residential to C-2 Community Commercial Zoning District for the property identified as Jackson County Parcel ID #85432006.000 and #85432007.000. The City Council finds, based on the record and evidence presented, that there was a mistake in the original zoning, as at the time of the original zoning to R-1. The authority for exactment of this ordinance is Section 17-1-5, Mississippi Code Annotated. This Ordinance will take effect immediately after the publication requirement set forth.
