Columbia Irrigation District Requests Qualifications from Licensed Commercial Real Estate Agents Per RCW 39.80.030 the Columbia Irrigation District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from licensed commercial real estate professionals to provide services related to the marketing and sale of surplus real property. Statement of Qualifications and performance data must be received by July 25, 2025. SOQ and performance information will be reviewed and used as the source to select a qualified licensed commercial real estate agent for the sale of a commercial office. Minority, women, and veteran-owned firms are encouraged to apply. Selection criteria will include relevant experience, local market knowledge, quality of references and past performance, availability, and responsiveness.
