The Project includes demolition of an existing surface water treatment plant, construction of a new surface water treatment plant, generally including a new raw water intake, a new treatment building, process pumps, piping, multimedia and cartridge filtration units, a backwash handling facility, a new buried chlorine contact pipe, improvements/repairs to an existing finished water storage reservoir, and miscellaneous site, grading, and stormwater improvements.
