WHATCOM COUNTY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT Notice is hereby given that on July 19, 2024, the Point Roberts Food Bank applied for a Conditional Use Permit under case number CUP2024-00008 to construct a 1,152 (24ftx48ft) food storage building. The building will store food until it can be distributed off-site. The application was determined complete on January 15, 2025 indicating that all submittal requirements were met. The subject property is located at 486 Teller Road within Section 03, Township 40, Range 03 of W.M. Assessor's parcel number(s): 4053031421510000 & 4053031421450000. The application will be reviewed under the Official Whatcom County Zoning and Critical Areas Ordinances, as well as reviews by Whatcom County Planning and Development Services (Fire Marshal's Office, Natural Resources and Planning), Public Works Engineering and Health Department.
