ADVERTISEMENT 208th Street E Sewer Extension 2025-MPW-089 SCOPE OF WORK: This project is for construction of the 208TH Street Pump Station, force main, and gravity sewer system. The work includes but is not limited to furnishing and installing the pump station wet well, generator, vaults, pumps and associated equipment and controls, electrical panels and cabinets, canopy, power meter, backflow preventer, reinforced concrete pads, asphalt pavement, chain link fence, conduit and wiring, trench dams, various sizes of sewer pipe, concrete manholes, corrosion resistant manholes, and other associated improvements. PROJECT ESTIMATE: $9,000,000.00 - $12,000,000.00 including WA State Sales Tax PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH AND SITE EXAMINATION: No Pre-Bid walkthrough will be held for this project. HOLDER'S LIST: BIDDERS WHO REGISTER AND DOWNLOAD BID DOCUMENTS will be automatically added to the bidder's list in the OPENGOV Bidding Software. Notifications for bid updates, addendum and other bid information will be sent to all bidders who register with Pierce County OPENGOV and are a 'Bidder' under this bid number.
