Legal Notice The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of White Settlement will hold a public hearing on July 8, 2025 at 6:30 PM and the City Council of the City of White Settlement will hold a public hearing on August 5, 2025 at 6:30 PM to consider an ordinance amending Article X "Nonconforming Uses" of the Zoning Ordinance by amending regulations regarding the restoration of nonconforming uses and structures destroyed after fire, the elements, or other natural catastrophic event.
