NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Assessment Appeals Board of Stanislaus County will be in session beginning on Wednesday, the 13th day of August 2025, and will continue to be in session from time to time until the business of Assessment Appeals is completed. AN APPLICATION FOR REDUCTION of any assessment on the local roll must be made in writing, must show the facts claimed to require the reduction, and be filed with the Clerk of the Assessment Appeals Board of Stanislaus County, 1010 10th St., Suite 6700, Modesto, CA 95354, between July 2, 2025, and December 1, 2025, by 5:00 p.m., for regular assessment appeals.
