VILLAGE OF PINECREST Public Notice On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, to begin being heard no later than 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Board will conduct the following Public Hearings to be held at the Pinecrest Municipal Center, Council Chamber, 12645 Pinecrest Parkway, Pinecrest, Florida: HEARING # 2025-0730-01. MS. IRENE COLLADO (OWNER AND APPLICANT) AND MR. BRUCE ARTHUR (REPRESENTATIVE) ARE REQUESTING APPROVAL OF A VARIANCE FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF DIVISION 4.2 (E) 5. G. OF THE VILLAGE’S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW BEDROOM ADDITION 15 FEET FROM THE DEFINED REAR (WEST) LOT LINE INSTEAD OF 25 FEET AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 8205 SOUTHWEST 132 STREET. All interested parties are urged to participate. Objections or expressions of approval may be made in person at the hearing or filed in writing prior to or at the hearing.
