CITY OF FORT WORTH INVITATION TO BIDDERS RECEIPT OF BIDS Electronic bids for the construction of Marine Park and Alleyway lighting Improvements ("Project") will be received by the City of Fort Worth via the Procurement Portal https://fortworthtexas.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities, under the respective Project until {2:00 P.M. CST, Thursday, July 31, 2025}. Bids will then be opened publicly and read aloud beginning at 2:00 PM CST in the City Council Chambers. Your submissions must be uploaded, finalized and submitted prior to the Project's posted due date. The City strongly recommends allowing sufficient time to complete this process (ideally a week prior to the deadline) to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Uploading large documents may take time, depending on the size of the file(s) and your Internet connection speed. Furnish and install Electrical Service Pedestal (2). Install 1" Conduit PVC SCH 40 (2,000 LF). Install new photocells (2), Pedestrian light fixture and poles (21), Install Parking Lot lighting fixtures and poles (4). Install 2" Conduit PVC SCH 40 (20 LF) and 3" conduit PVC SCH 40 (20 LF) and 2" conduit RMC (10 LF) and 3" Conduit RMC (10 LF), Conduit Box (1), wall pack (6), block sod placement (222 SY) and PTZ camera (8) and PTZ camera cabling (2,000 LF). The project spans two locations: within the interior of Marine Park and the alleyway behind the buildings facing Main Street, between Central Avenue and 14th Street. QUALIFICATION Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification are outlined in the Section 3 of 00 21 13 – INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
