NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING EPMORE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The organizational meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Epmore Community Development District will be held on July 11, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. at the Lennar Homes, 5505 Waterford District Drive, Miami, Florida 33126. The purpose of the meeting is to elect certain District officers, consider the appointment of staff to include but not limited to manager, attorney, engineer and others as deemed appropriate by the Board of Supervisors; to consider the services to be provided by the District and the financing plan for same; to consider certain documents related to the issuance of special assessment bonds and to conduct other business that may come before the Board. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place as evidenced by motion of the majority of Board Members participating. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be a speaker phone available. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 721-8681 at least three calendar days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
