Notice Of Meetings Sawyer's Landing Community Development District The Board of Supervisors of the Sawyer's Landing Community Development District will hold their regularly scheduled public meetings for Fiscal Years 2025 & 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Sawyer's Landing Residential, located at 249 NW 6th Street, Suite 104, Miami, FL 33136 on the second Wednesday of each month as follows: July 09, 2025 August 13, 2025 September 10, 2025 October 8, 2025 November 12, 2025, Regular & Landowners' Meeting December 10, 2025 January 14, 2026 February 11, 2026 March 11, 2026 April 08, 2026 May 13, 2026 June 10, 2026 July 08, 2026 August 12, 2026 September 09, 2026 The meeting will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
