NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANDFATHERED USE PERMIT AND OPERATING PERMIT SUBMITTED TO THE NORTHERN TRINITY GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT Carillon HOA of 9001 Airport Fwy, Ste 450, North Richland Hills, TX 76180, applied on October 12, 2023, to the Northern Trinity Groundwater Conservation District for both a Grandfathered Use Permit and an Operating Permit to authorize the operation of a two-well system. One well is screened to the Paluxy aquifer, and the other to the Twin Mountains aquifer, with both wells located at 900 E Kirkwood Blvd., Southlake, TX 76092. The Grandfathered Use Permit is requesting to produce 15,260,061 gallons of groundwater per year, and the Operating Permit is requesting an additional 10,059,939 gallons of groundwater per year, for Pond and Irrigation purposes of use.
