ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be accepted by the Ferguson Township Board of Supervisors, for Project 2025-C21 at the office of the Public Works Director, Ferguson Township, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798 until 2:00 PM, prevailing time, on July 8, 2025, at which time they will be publicly read aloud. Envelopes must be clearly marked in the bottom left corner "Bid for Contract 2025-C21". PROJECT 2025-C21 WEST COLLEGE AVENUE AND BRISTOL AVENUE CABINET REPLACEMENT The project area includes work at the intersection of West College Avenue and Bristol Avenue in Ferguson Township, Centre County. The project includes the installation of a new traffic signal controller with other associated work. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined and/or copies obtained in the Engineering Office of the Ferguson Township Municipal Building, 3147 Research Drive, State College, PA 16801-2798, upon payment of $15.00/set. If mailed, an additional fee will be charged to cover postage and handling. The plans may be viewed on the Ferguson Township website www.twp.ferguson.pa.us and CONTRACT DOCUMENTS can be sent electronically at no charge. Bids shall be valid for forty-five (45) days from the date of opening unless extended otherwise. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid.
