LEGAL NOTICE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS ASSETS AND EQUIPMENT Valley Regional Transit (VRT), the regional public transit authority for Ada and Canyon counties, intends to place for sale at auction surplus assets, including buses and vans in accordance with State of Idaho Statute Title 67, Chapter 57. The vehicles are beyond determined useful life as determined by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) or too costly to maintain. Notice is hereby given that the auction of surplus VRT property, as confirmed by public hearing at the August 12, 2024 VRT Board of Directors meeting, will begin July 7, 2025 and continue until July 18. 2025.
