PUBLIC NOTICE Patrick and Cari Phelps will apply (has applied) to the South Carolina Department Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to remove and discard the deck and cedar tree on the back right of thehouse looking at the water. Install a 3' 6" high bulkhead approximately 68' long with two 5' return walls on each side. The bulkhead will consist of 16' timber piles in the bulkhead, two rows of 3"x8" whaler boards and 2" x 8" lock-in tongue and groove sheets. An anchor system will be installed behind the wall using 10' piles and 5/8" anchor rods along with woven nylon filter fabric, weep holes and gravel bags, covered with dirt backfill compacted from grade to cap. for private use, at/in 96 Harbor Key Drive, Lot 24 in the St. Helena Sound.
