PUBLIC NOTICE Tim Crane/Mtn Vistas, LLC will apply (has applied to the South Carolina Department of Coastal Management for a permit to remove existing and discard existing bulkhead to be replace with a 6'-7' high, 148' +/- long bulkhead. Install a top layer of granite riprap on the existing riprap for private use, at/in 47 Brams Point Circle (Lot R-3) in the Port Royal Sound. Comments will be received by the Bureau of Coastal Management, 1911 Boundary Street, Suite 104, Beaufort, SC 29906 by 11 July 2025.
