PUBLIC NOTICE J. Cooke Properties will apply (has applied) to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to a bulkhead, 3-4' high, 146' long in total with a 10' return wall at the OCRM line, install a small dock on top of bank landing with a handrail fastened to 10" butt timber anchor piles to support/attach a 4' x 20' aluminum with built in handrail gangway to an 8' x 15' floating dock attached to two 12" butt pile floats, install a 10K all aluminum Deco boat lift mounted to four 12" butt piles for private use, at/in 5 Cramer Avenue, Parcel C on Stoney Creek. Comments will be received by the Bureau of Coastal Management, 1911 Boundary Street, Suite 104 by 11 July 2025.
