Open Record Hearing Date, Time, Location: The City of Pasco Hearing Examiner will conduct open record hearings at 6:00 p.m. on July 9, 2025, in the Council Chambers in Pasco City Hall at 525 N 3rd Avenue in Pasco, Washington (use Sylvester Street Parking Lot Entrance). The Hearing Examiner will consider public testimony concerning the following applications at this hearing: ZD2025-001 Desert Bloom LLC: A public hearing to consider the establishment of zoning for unincorporated property located at Parcel No. 126160173 in Pasco, WA. In the event said property is annexed to the City of Pasco; R-4 (High Density Residential District) zoning is being considered.
