PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT David C. Taulli has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is requesting after the fact certification for the permanent fill of +/- 0.43 acres of nontidal wetlands for construction of two single family homes located on Pogo Road in Bay St. Louis, Hanock County, MS. The applicant is also proposing to restore +/- 0.08 acres of estuarine and marine wetlands which are currently impacted with unauthorized fill.
