Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Harris Township shall conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on July 14, 2025, to receive public comment and consider action on Proposed Ordinance 375 entitled, "An Ordinance Repealing Chapter 11, Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance and adopting a new Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance". The meeting will be held at the Township Meeting Room, 224 East Main Street, Boalsburg. All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. The proposed ordinance corrects known technical and grammatical errors in thecurrent regulations, provides clarification of existing provisions, and includes other minor amendments to facilitate administration of the regulations. Interested parties may examine a copy of the proposed ordinance at the Township offices during regular business hours or may email the Township Manager at manager@harristownship.org to receive a digital copy of the proposed ordinance.
