Public Notice The Benner Township Board of Supervisors will hold a conditional use hearing for Marina Elnitski on August 7, 2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Benner Township municipal building located at 1224 Buffalo Run Road, Bellefonte, PA 16823. The conditional use hearing is to consider the conditional use application filed by Marina Elnitski of 769 Seibert Road, Bellefonte, PA 16823. Marina Elnitski, is seeking approval to construct a campground on the existing Bellefonte Airport property located at 225 Snowbird Lane, Bellefonte, PA 16823. The property consists of 43.5 acres, and is located in the Township's Agricultural zoning district. A copy of the conditional use application and plans are available for public inspection during normal business hours and may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof by contacting the Township Secretary at (814) 355-1419.
