SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on February 10, 2017, Jesse E Larry executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Envoy Mortgage, LTD, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on February 15, 2017, as Instrument No. 201702279, in Book 3415, Page 657-668, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to ServBank, SB by assignment recorded in Book 4096, Page 455 as Instrument No. 202417107 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi.
